"I am offering the Group A/Open Class engine from my Rallye Golf for sale. When on the dyno in England, the engine made just under 350 hp. John Hook, the owner of Race & Rally Service suggested that matching larger injectors up to the blower would increase that number significantly. I have the invoice from Techtonics for some of the work performed and parts installed on this engine, including the race port and polish, installation of 35.5mm stainless exhuast valves, Oeittinger 41mmm intake valves, knife edged crank (92.8 stroke, 47.8mm rod brg), piston rings, ARP head bolts and stud kit. This invoice alone was for $2718. There are many other modifications and upgrades that have been made to this engine, including the completely custom blower and cog belt kit, modified oit pan, Intake, etc... "
